Asheville NC Dentist Payment & Dental Insurance

Thank you for choosing Rebol Family Dentistry as your dental home in Asheville, NC. Here are some answers to frequently asked questions regarding payment & dental insurance. Please contact us directly if you have any further questions.

Does Rebol Family Dentistry accept dental insurance?

Yes! We will gladly file insurance claims on your behalf and will confirm your dental benefits on the day of your first appointment. Our dental insurance coordinator has been working with dental insurance for over 40 years! Dental insurance is a contract of negotiated benefits between an insurance provider and your employer (if employer-sponsored) or you (if individually purchased) – and every policy can be different.

For your first visit to Rebol Family Dentistry, please bring your insurance card with you. While you are filling out your forms, we will call your insurance company to verify your benefits. If we find a limitation on your benefits, we will let you know. Our goal is to help you navigate your benefits while still providing appropriate standards of care. We work for you, not your insurance company!

How will I know what I owe?

To help you plan for the investment in your dental health, we will provide a treatment plan that outlines the best course of treatment with an estimate of the copays you will be responsible for based on the information provided by your insurance company.

What if I do not have dental insurance?

If you do not have dental insurance – no problem!  Over half of our patients invest in their health with cash, HSA and FSA accounts, and no-interest payment plans through Care Credit . We also accept all major credit cards.

We care about your health and are happy to work with you to help you afford your dental care. Over half of our patients invest in their care without the assistance of dental insurance. Many have found the self-pay option to be a saving over dental insurance, once premiums, copays, and benefit plan limitations have been added together. We understand that dental care can be a significant investment, and we offer many options to pay for treatment. Partnering with Care Credit allows us to offer interest-free payment options for our patients.
